Something Wicked This Way Comes Series
2024 | oil and pigment on paper
42 x 30 cm (16.5" x 11.75") each
Series of work on paper is a combination of various pigment applications, both mineral and aerosol, made seemingly in collaboration with the way the wind blows. The faint traces of delicate laser-cut forms are inspired by storm imagery captured in etchings made during the height of the Industrial Revolution. Delving deeper into weather patterns and the surprising ways all these elements come together.
